ADAM JAMES DIAZ graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Construction Management and Architectural Engineering.  Following an extensive career with DPR Construction, Adam saw an opportunity to better serve Sonoma, Napa, and Marin Counties with his ability to deliver high-end custom residential construction projects through the time-tested values of hard work, respect, and trust. Adam founded AJD Builders in 2010, out of a passion to collaborate with homeowners and fulfill their vision of an ideal home.

LESLIE ONSAGER was captivated by the thrill of witnessing renovations and ground-up projects unfold from blueprints while closely observing her family’s business. This experience instilled in her the significance of meticulous attention to detail, adhering to plans, implementing value engineering, and embracing high design principles within the realm of construction. Her innate sense of design aesthetics naturally propelled her towards a career in interiors, yet she aspired to provide her clients with a more comprehensive service. In 2008, she transitioned into the role of a general contractor, aiming to deliver a full spectrum of design-build services. Leslie’s work is characterized by timeless, pristine selections, ensuring each client receives a result that impeccably mirrors their unique aesthetic preferences.

HEATHER CHRIPCZUK feels equally at home in the professional worlds of finance, interior design and construction. Her refined eye for art and fashion only adds to her many skill sets. She is an invaluable asset to Falcon as she wears many hats coordinating design selections, compiling project budgets and managing project schedules.

RAY JONES rich experience in construction spans nearly 50 years. Ray possesses a profound familiarity with every aspect of construction. Over the last two decades, he has honed his expertise in the art of crafting custom millworks and cabinetry. Ray’s craftsmanship has left an indelible mark on countless homes in Northern California and the San Francisco Bay Area.  Ray is a vital member of Falcon for both his deep construction knowledge but also his mastery as a master craftsman. He spearheads our “Anything Custom” department, where he excels in creating bespoke solutions, whether it’s custom cabinetry, millworks, specialty mixed media, or that unique touch that sets a project apart.
